Barbara Ehrenreich writes regularly for Time Magazine, The Nation and other leading magazines and newspapers and is the author of many books. Arlie Hochschild is the author of the controversial The Time Bind: When work becomes home and home becomes work, among other books. She was recently a Fulbright Scholar in Kerala, India pursuing an interest in women and globalization and is co-editing a book on the topic with Barbara Ehrenreich.

"Ehrenreich's scorn withers, her humor stings and her radical light shines
on."

--Ellen Goodman, columnist

"Groundbreaking analysis...important, provocative and a little scary."
--Newsweek on The Time Bind
